At Rabbit British Bistro, Burns Night is all about comfort, generosity and good company.
On Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th January, we’ll be serving our homemade haggis as a special on the menu, paired with Swede & Carrots, Whisky Jus and cooked the way it should be. It’s a perfect excuse to gather around the table and embrace winter properly.
To toast the occasion, we’ll also be mixing a Burns Night cocktail, combining Bruichladdich Classic Laddie, amber vermouth, maraschino liqueur and orange bitters. Smoky, warming and very much in the spirit of the night. We've called it the The Bruich-lyn.
